Now celebrating its 2nd year, this unique combination of ice skating and winter fun is ready to kick off in Letterkenny. Schools skate will commence in Letterkenny on November 30th until December 18th from Monday to Friday with dedicated School Skate Sessions at 10:50am and 12:10pm.

The programme offers fantastic value at just €8 per student for a 1 hour ice skating session which includes:

- Skate hire and introductory tips from our ice marshals
- Designated times for the schools skate programme. We limit the numbers to a third of the capacity so students can enjoy lots of space and really get moving!
- Cloakroom facilities
- Complimentary Drink
- Complimentary Hat

We understand the hard work that goes into organising a school trip, so we would like to offer you - the organiser- a Complimentary Family Skating Pass to the value of €45, with every school booking for Christmas on Ice Letterkenny.  Please call us to reserve a session that suits you.

To secure your booking complete the enclosed Booking Form, paying particular attention to the enclosed terms and conditions. Last year’s school sessions were a sell-out so we recommend booking as soon as possible.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

- Please check your booking before placing the order as tickets once purchased are non-refundable, and non-transferable.

- A booking is only confirmed once a signed booking form is received by Storm PM by either fax or post and payment terms adhered to.

- A deposit of 50% is required within 7 days of the booking.  Failure to do so may result in the booking being released.  Balance to be paid in full within 14 days of booking.

- Group Payments must be made in advance and cannot be made at the box office on arrival.

- Groups must arrive 20 minutes before Ice Skating session. 

- Late arrivals or no shows will not be refunded or transferred.

- In the unlikely event of any Ice sessions being cancelled, ticket-holders for the sessions affected will be accommodated at an alternative session.

- We reserve the right to make tickets available for collection at the venue if such action is required.

- Use of the ice skating rink and all its facilities are totally at the users own risk.  No responsibility is accepted or undertaken for the well being of either the user or their property. For health and safety reasons when skating, all personal belongings (bags, rucksacks, loose coats etc) and any valuables must be stored in the on-site cloakroom upon arrival.

- Children (12 years or under) must be accompanied by an adult.

- Storm PM reserve the right to refuse admission, and to remove from the site any person whose condition, in the opinion of the staff of Storm PM, interferes, or is likely to interfere with, the enjoyment of the session by other participants.

- Storm PM does not accept any responsibility in respect of any person prevented from entering 7up Christmas on Ice Letterkenny, or asked to leave due to their conduct.

- Any complaints should be made to the venue management either before or during the session and they will be dealt with immediately. Complaints made subsequently will not be entertained.

- It is essential that skaters obey the ice marshals at all times

- For the comfort and safety of all patrons we would ask that patrons remain for no longer than 2½ hours at the venue.
